The trailer arrived with several quality issues. The fridge/freezer provided was not the one agreed upon — it was significantly smaller, poor-quality, looks like a refurbished appliance unit that doesn’t work. Some parts were damaged, including the external 32-amp outlet, and a few tail lights didn’t function. There were water leaks through the windows, and the door was smaller than promised. The benchtops had no internal support and were made of very thin, low-grade stainless steel that bent easily and got scratched just from placing a coffee machine on it. The overall construction was poor, with many flaws and rough finishes. The paint job was of very low quality, with visible imperfections. The electrical system was not built to New Zealand standards and failed certification, despite their claims. I had to spend over $2,000 USD fixing all these issues to meet local compliance. The product did not meet expectations in any aspect of quality, reliability, or durability.
